What to know when you use English Study Kit's conversations, learning tools, courses, and games.
Using the site
English Study Kit provides everyday English practice through conversations, tools, courses, and games. By using it, you agree to follow these terms and the instructions for each activity. TestKit's assessments and classroom features remain on English Test Kit under that site's terms.
Accounts and progress
You can try available guest activities without an account. Saving account-based progress requires signing in. English Study Kit and English Test Kit use one account and password with separate sign-in sessions. Keep your credentials secure and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Existing account balances remain associated with your account. Their presence does not promise that an activity awards coins or that a particular item can be purchased. Available features, usage limits, and any purchase terms will be shown where relevant; we do not promise unlimited AI access.
Learning guidance and AI
AI replies, explanations, transcripts, and feedback can contain errors. These activities are informal learning support, not professional advice, official test scores, or certification. English Study Kit does not guarantee a particular score, level, or learning outcome.
Use fictional personal details in role-play. Only submit text, audio, and other material you have permission to use, and do not send sensitive personal information.
Content and intellectual property
English Study Kit and its contributors retain rights in original site materials unless stated otherwise. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning, but must not copy, resell, systematically extract, or republish them without permission. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences. Approved authors must have permission for material they publish in game decks or other learning content.
Third-party credits
The AI conversation partner displayed as Mia uses Live2D's Kei sample model.
This content uses sample data owned and copyrighted by Live2D Inc. The sample data are utilized in accordance with terms and conditions set by Live2D Inc. This content itself is created at the author's sole discretion.
The pronunciation sound map uses IPA symbols based on the International Phonetic Alphabet chart by the International Phonetic Association, available under CC BY-SA 4.0.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass usage or security controls, interfere with the service, submit harmful material, or use automation to abuse the service. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect learners, content, or the site.
